Hancock Lumber plans to acquire Tiny Homes of Maine LLC

An Aroostook County based manufacturer of tiny homes on wheels, announcing today our signed letter of intent and anticipated closing at the end of October 2024. Acquiring Tiny Homes of Maine will be a natural extension of our (Hancock Lumber) manufacturing capabilities that includes Mainely Trusses roof and floor component manufacturing, wall panel production, and eastern white pine sawmills.
